Our turn-key design service included full installation of the development’s entire FF&E. 			The Gatehouse Condominiums This 49 unit project overlooks a river with breathtaking mountain views. Working closely with the developer we specified and installed all of the custom fabricated kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors. This two-bedroom unit has a rustic equestrian theme featuring batiste and blended silk window treatments, which offer privacy while softly filtering the light. The velvet and brocade custom bedding complements the old world charm of the cherry furniture while European style tapestries and faux painting elegantly grace the walls.

			Appleview River Resort This premier 70 unit resort includes luxury condominiums and town homes featuring world class amenities. The contemporary colonial theme of deep red, burnished gold, hunter green and complimentary pastels accentuates the tranquil river views and mountain sunsets. We installed tailor-made draperies & Venetian blinds for the grand panorama windows and the living room features a custom-built entertainment center, which was assembled on site providing a distinguished signature element.

			EagleRidge Resort We specified all of the FF&E for this 284 unit development which offers the elegance of fine European living with sensational Rocky Mountain views. These luxury condominiums have grand living rooms, master bedroom fireplaces, private outdoor terraces, Jacuzzi whirlpool baths and Sub Zero appliances. The warm contemporary country theme features imported Italian granite & furniture, German dinnerware & crystal, Bart Forbes prints & watercolors and European fabrics. This project received 4 design awards and was featured in Architectural Record.
